1. Services
We provide high-end custom design services, including:

2. Orders and Payment
All orders must be placed through our Website or our official Reservio booking portal.

Payments are processed securely via Adyen (Reservio Pay), Stripe, or PayPal.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) or Euros (€) depending on the portal used. By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details are authorized.

3. Delivery & Production Blocks
Service dates selected via Reservio represent a Production Block (Project Start Date). No live meeting is required unless explicitly stated.

Final files are delivered digitally within the timeframe specified on the service page (typically 3–7 business days) after the production block begins.

Delivery is 100% digital; no physical products will be shipped.

4. Refunds & Revisions
Because we provide custom digital labor and dedicated production time, refunds are handled strictly as follows:

Full Refund (100%): Granted only if the order is canceled before any design work begins and within 24 hours of purchase.

Partial Refund (50%): Available only after the first draft of concepts is delivered, but before any revisions are requested. This covers the creative labor already performed.

Final Sale (0%): Once final files are delivered or a revision has been requested, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Revision Policy
Inclusions: Each service includes the specific number of revisions listed on the product/service page.

Scope: Revisions must align with the original creative brief provided via email.

Additional Fees: Major changes outside the original scope or revisions requested after the package limit is reached will incur extra fees.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to the final approved designs.

We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

You may not resell or claim ownership of any "draft" concepts not chosen for final delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.

We guarantee professional delivery of files but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or profits.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
